About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Management Trainee/Executive– Operations to support and coordinate day-to-day activities across different departments of the company.

The role will provide exposure to multiple business functions including Sales, Customer Care, E-commerce, Sampling, Dispatch and other operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support the Sales, Customer Care, E-commerce, Sampling and Dispatch teams.
- Follow up on pending tasks, orders and departmental requirements.
- Maintain records, reports and basic operational data.
- Coordinate information and requirements between different teams.
- Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues.
- Monitor assigned activities and ensure timely completion.




- Support the team in other operational and administrative activities as required.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply; candidates with 0–2 years of experience are also welcome.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Good coordination, follow-up and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different departments.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
