Job Description:

* Must have 4+ years of experience in IT and non IT recruiting with direct client exposure.

* Identify, source, and recruit qualified IT & Non IT professionals through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

*Excellent communication skills are essential.

* Proven success in sourcing, screening and placing candidates.

* Hands on experience of non technical, technical job requirements and US staffing industry trends.

* Proficient with working terminologies of W2, C2C and 1099.

* Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (Job Diva) and various recruitment platforms.





* Ability to assess technical skills through phone screens, assessment and interviews.

* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of handling a high volume of requisitions.

* Advanced sourcing abilities, including tech-specific sourcing methods

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
