Research and Insights: Strategy and Operations – Senior Analyst

The Senior Analyst– Research & Insights (R&I;) Strategy & Operations role plays a critical execution and enablement role across strategy, operations, analytics, and delivery within Research & Insights. The Strategy & Operations (S&O;) team operates across four core pillars—R&I; Transformation & Strategy, Business Intelligence & Impact, Audience Growth & Activation, and Delivery Excellence. This role will address elements of each, largely in support of our Global Deloitte Insights (DI) organization.

The role will support our Global Deloitte Insights and Research and insights team with project management, thought leadership activation, stakeholder engagement, transformation initiatives, and reporting and operational support on projects. The candidate will work closely with senior leaders in Global DI and Research and Insights group to build and work on projects that have a direct impact on business priorities and strategy. A candidate with experience in working with senior executives across project management, process optimization, operations management, and reporting, will be preferred.

As a Research and Insights: Strategy and Operations – Senior Analyst on the Strategy & Operations (S&O;) team, you will be responsible for…

Support leadership in executing strategic priorities, business objectives, and transformation initiatives.

Plan, coordinate, and manage projects and operational initiatives, including scope, timelines, dependencies, governance activities, stakeholder communications, and deliverables.

Analyze and synthesize data; define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics; and develop dashboards, pipeline reports, impact reports, and performance scorecards.

Identify and implement automation for reporting and operational processes using Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, and selected generative artificial intelligence (AI)



platforms.

Develop presentations, reports, newsletters, and communications; maintain thought-leadership platforms and content repositories; and support knowledge sharing, process improvement, and cross-functional delivery.

The team

The Strategy & Operations (S&O;) team sits within Research & Insights (R&I;) team. We operate across four core pillars—R&I; Transformation & Strategy, Business Intelligence & Impact, Audience Growth & Activation, and Delivery Excellence, driving R&I; strategic direction.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

Master’s degree

3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics, reporting, or program management

Preferred:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree

Experience managing projects or operational initiatives, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables

Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint to develop analyses, reports, or presentations

Experience using Microsoft Power BI or Tableau to develop dashboards, performance reports, or scorecards

Experience using Microsoft Power Query or Microsoft Power Automate to automate reporting or operational processes

Experience maintaining SharePoint sites, content repositories, or collaboration platforms
