JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to handle B2B sales of garments to wholesalers, retailers, and brand buyers across India and international markets. The role involves contacting qualified leads through calls and WhatsApp, understanding customer requirements, coordinating samples, converting enquiries into orders, and developing repeat business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Contact assigned buyer leads through telephone and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Convert qualified enquiries into samples and first orders.
- Handle Readymade and Private Label requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and brand buyers.
- Follow up consistently throughout the sales cycle.
- Manage customer relationships after the first order and generate repeat business.
- Track calls, follow-ups, reminders,



and customer information in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding samples, orders, and delivery.
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Ensure accurate communication regarding pricing, delivery, and order commitments.
- Work independently and maintain proper sales documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Experience in telesales, retail sales, distribution sales, garment sales, or relevant sales roles can be considered.
- Fluent Hindi communication is required.
- Good English communication skills for handling international buyers.
- Working knowledge of Tamil.
- Comfortable using telephone and WhatsApp for customer communication.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Basic CRM knowledge.
- Garment/textile industry or B2B sales experience is preferred.
- International/export customer-handling experience is an advantage.
