Job Title: Injection Moulding Machine Operator

Location: Avinashi, Tamil Nadu

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

TRIOS THE BEST is seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating injection moulding machines, monitoring production processes, and maintaining product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor injection moulding machines efficiently
- Set up machines as per production requirements
- Ensure smooth production with minimum downtime
- Inspect finished products for quality and specifications
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Record daily production data and machine performance
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets

Eligibility Criteria

- ITI / Diploma / Any Relevant Technical Qualification
- CIPET Diploma holders will have an added advantage




- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Injection Moulding Machine Operation
- Experience in plastic manufacturing or related industries preferred

Required Skills

- Knowledge of injection moulding processes
- Ability to identify and resolve basic machine issues
- Understanding of quality control procedures
- Good observation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
