Service Operations Executive / Service Coordinator

Experience: 1–4 years
Education: Diploma / B.Tech preferred; Mechanical, Production, Quality or related backgrounds welcome.

Role: We are looking for a Service Operations Executive to coordinate day-to-day AMC service operations across multiple customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- CoordinateAMC sites, service schedules and field manpower.
- Plan and monitor deployment of Field Service Representatives (FSRs).
- Handle technician absence, replacements and manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and issues.
- Track pending services, complaints and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with field teams on technical/service-related issues.
- Maintain service reports, trackers and MIS.




- Coordinate with other internal teams as required.

Who Can Apply: Candidates with experience in Service Coordination, AMC Coordination, Field Service, Maintenance, Production Supervision or Quality can apply.

Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, problem-solving and ownership are more required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
