- Medical Records: Keep accurate, up-to-date charts of patient progress, treatment responses, and daily observations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate patient changes or concerns immediately to attending doctors, dieticians, and therapists.Vitals and Assessment: Measure and record body temperature, pulse, respiration rate, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels regularly.
- Medication Administration: Give oral medicines, injections, and intravenous (IV) fluids as prescribed by physicians.
- Clinical Procedures: Perform wound dressings, catheterizations, oxygen therapy, and pre- or post-operative care.
- Personal Hygiene: Assist patients with bathing, grooming, oral care, feeding, and positioning to prevent bedsores
- Inventory Control: Monitor medical supplies, track drug stocks, and maintain ward registers.
- HandOvers: Conduct detailed shift-to-shift handovers with incoming nursing staff to ensure continuous patient safety.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
