Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Accountant who can join immediately to manage end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance at our office in Indore.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tally, GST/TDS returns, statutory compliance, vendor reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Day-to-Day Accounting: Maintain full books of accounts, verify voucher entries, process vendor payments, and manage cash flow registers.
- Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Prepare, reconcile, and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns in compliance with Indian tax laws.
- Financial Reporting & Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations (BRS), ledger scrutinies, vendor/customer balance reconciliations, and audit-ready month-end trial balances.
- Payroll & Billing: Oversee monthly payroll processing, employee salary disbursements, expense claims,



and client billing/invoicing.
- Audit & Finalization: Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants (CAs) and auditors for annual audit finalizations, tax audits, and financial statements.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in core accounting, taxation, and financial management.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP 7.2 / Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Formatting).
- In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax regulations, and E-Way bill generation.
- Joining: Immediate Joiners preferred (Notice period max 7–10 days).
