We are looking for an experienced and responsible Cook to prepare hygienic, nutritious, and tasty meals for employees at our mess facility in Thiruvalla.

- Prepare daily meals as per the planned menu.
- Cook Kerala-style and other regular meals as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and cooking area.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of food items.
- Manage the use of cooking ingredients and avoid unnecessary wastage.
- Maintain kitchen utensils, equipment, and other cooking facilities.
- Coordinate with the concerned person regarding menu and food requirements.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Perform other cooking-related duties as assigned.
- Previous experience as a Cook is preferred.
- Knowledge of Kerala-style cooking and regular Indian dishes.
- Ability to prepare food for a group of employees.
- Positive knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
