HR Intern

Location: Sector 63, Noida
Internship Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, candidate management, HR operations, and employee coordination.

The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, have valuable communication skills, and be interested in building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, and joining.
- Assist the HR team with daily HR operations and documentation.
- Support employee engagement and coordination activities.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring records.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements





- Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with a strong interest in HR are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work from the office in Sector 63, Noida.
