The Spa Manager cum Therapist handles the dual responsibility of managing daily spa operations and delivering high-quality massage and wellness treatments. This role ensures excellent customer service, drives revenue, manages staff, and directly provides therapeutic services to guests when required or scheduled.Key ResponsibilitiesManagement & Operations

- Daily Operations: Oversee the smooth running of the spa, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and facility maintenance.
- Financial Management: Drive spa sales, manage booking schedules to maximize occupancy, and handle daily cash/pos reconciliation.
- Compliance & Hygiene: Ensure the spa adheres to all local health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Therapist & Guest Services

- Treatment Delivery:



Perform a variety of qualified massage therapies and body treatments (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Reflexology) according to spa standards.
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests, conduct consultations to understand their needs, and handle client feedback or complaints professionally

Education & Certifications

- Therapy Certification: A valid license or certification in Massage Therapy, Esthetics, or Ayurveda is preferable not mandatory.

NB: Social media with travelling interested more preferable.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
