Job Summary

Suyash Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and technically skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to manage electrical maintenance and troubleshooting activities for our manufacturing and tool-making operations.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of production machinery, minimizing machine downtime, carrying out preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting electrical and automation-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and manufacturing machinery.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns in Power Press, CNC, VMC, Laser Cutting/Fitting, Welding Machines, Bending Machines, and other production equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in motors, control panels, contactors, relays, MCB/MCCB, sensors, VFDs, servo drives, PLCs, HMIs, and control circuits.
- Carry out regular inspection and maintenance of electrical panels, machines, cables, motors, and control systems.
- Attend machine breakdowns promptly and ensure minimum production downtime.
- Prepare and follow preventive maintenance schedules for all critical machines and equipment.
- Analyze repeated machine breakdowns and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Maintain records of breakdowns,



preventive maintenance, spare parts, and corrective actions.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control circuits.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for planned maintenance and breakdown activities.
- Coordinate with machine OEMs and external technicians whenever specialized technical support is required.
- Maintain adequate stock of critical electrical spares and maintenance tools.
- Support installation, commissioning, modification, and shifting of machinery and electrical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety, 5S, and maintenance standards.
- Monitor electrical systems and identify opportunities for improving machine reliability and reducing maintenance costs.

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge

- Strong hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting knowledge of CNC, VMC, Power Press, Laser, Welding, and Bending Machines.
- Knowledge of PLC, VFD, Servo Drives, HMI, sensors, and automation systems.
- Good knowledge of industrial motors, starters, contactors, relays, transformers, MCB/MCCB, and electrical distribution.




- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and control circuit diagrams.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance practices.
- Hands-on experience with electrical testing instruments such as multimeter, clamp meter, megger, etc.
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle urgent machine breakdowns effectively.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Experience Required

3–6 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing, engineering, tool-making, sheet-metal, automotive, or similar industrial environment.

Candidates with hands-on experience in the maintenance of Power Press, CNC, VMC, Laser, Welding, and Bending Machines will be preferred.
