Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Control: Track stock levels, maintain minimum/maximum buffer limits, and prevent overstocking or stockouts.

Goods Receipt & Dispatch: Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), cross-reference packing lists with purchase orders, and manage inward/outward material movement.

Reporting: Prepare Purchase Order, Inventory Report .

Documentation & ERP: Update inventory data in systems like Software and Tally.

Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere to company policies and financial regulations, including GST / e-Invoice / E-waybill.

Vendor & Team Coordination: Coordinate billing clearances with accounts and fulfill material requests from internal teams and coordinate with the Vendor for getting the material on priority.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Commerce is preferred.
Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, or store operations.




Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and ERP/ inventory software.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

Core Knowledge: Familiarity with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods, material handling, and safety compliance

Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Salary - 25000-30000 + additional benefit i.e. PF, ESI , Mobile , Insurance. etc.
