Why This Role?

We’re looking for a hungry, target-driven Business Development Executive to work closely with the Business Development Manager. This is a pure performance-based role where your ability to generate quality leads and close deals directly impacts your earnings and growth.

What You’ll Do

- Generate quality leads every month via LinkedIn, Instagram, cold calls, emails, networking, referrals, and client visits

- Identify and approach startups, SMEs, and businesses needing digital marketing & AI-powered solutions

- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings/demos with the BDM

- Follow up consistently and nurture leads until conversion

- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, conversations, and pipeline

- Meet or exceed daily, weekly & monthly targets for leads, meetings, and conversions

- Build a strong sales pipeline while working from the office and travelling to clients

What We’re Looking For

- Local Lucknow-based candidates strongly preferred





- Freshers or 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Inside Sales

- Strong communication & persuasion skills in English and Hindi

- Comfortable working full-time from the office and hitting targets

- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented

- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Business/Marketing preferred)

Compensation (Fully Target-Based)

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & interview performance)

- Attractive commission on every successful referral/deal closed

- Higher incentives & bonuses for exceeding targets
