About the Role
We are looking for an experienced TA Lead to run end-to-end recruitment delivery and lead our recruitment team. You will own bulk and volume hiring across multiple clients and deliver quality hires on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters across multiple clients and mandates
- Plan and execute bulk and volume hiring drives, from sourcing to onboarding
- Build sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendor networks
- Track hiring metrics: TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and cost per hire
- Work with client stakeholders to understand requirements and meet SLAs
- Share MIS and hiring reports with leadership
- Coach, train, and mentor recruiters
Requirements
- Graduate / MBA (HR) or equivalent
- 10-15 years of recruitment experience in the staffing industry
- Proven bulk and volume hiring experience (must)
- Experience leading a recruitment team
- Strong knowledge of ATS, job portals, and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
