- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Explain two-wheeler models, features, specifications, pricing, and offers.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test rides for customers.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue.
- Explain finance, insurance, exchange, and other available schemes.
- Coordinate with the finance and documentation teams to complete sales smoothly.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers until delivery.
- Maintain customer records and update sales/leads in the system.
- Build good relationships with customers and generate referrals.
- Stay updated about recent models, offers, competitors, and market trends.
