Position: Accounts Manager - Finance & Accounts (Immediate Joiner)

Experience: 7 to 8 years

Location: Darya Ganj, Delhi

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Manager to oversee financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, and supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure timely and accurate closing of books
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial controls
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings, and audits
- Preparation and filing of returns such as GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS returns, etc.
- Track statutory due dates and ensure zero non-compliance or penalties
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Ensure readiness of financial data and documentation for audits
- Manage invoicing, billing, and collections processes




- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7–8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally Prime or Xero
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Darya Ganj, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- Indian GAAP: 5 years (Preferred)
- Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
- Team Handling: 3 years (Required)
