Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Transaction Banking – CMS Collections Operations SME with strong expertise in Cash Management Services (CMS), Collections and Transaction Banking Operations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing collections products, banking operations, client servicing, transaction processing and operational controls, with a strong understanding of digital and technology-enabled collection solutions.

The candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CMS Collections and will work closely with internal business, operations, technology, product and client-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for CMS Collections / Transaction Banking Operations.
- Manage and provide expertise on cash management and collections processes, including inward/outward collections and related banking transactions.
- Handle and resolve complex operational issues, transaction exceptions and client-related queries.
- Work closely with Transaction Banking, Product, Technology, Operations and Client Servicing teams.
- Understand end-to-end collections transaction lifecycle, from transaction initiation through processing, reconciliation and settlement.
- Support implementation and enhancement of CMS / Collections products and digital banking solutions.
- Review and analyse operational processes, identify gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Support UAT, product enhancements, system upgrades and process migrations from an operations perspective.
- Prepare and review SOPs, process notes, operational controls and workflow documentation.
- Monitor transaction processing, exceptions, reconciliation and service-level adherence.
- Coordinate with technology teams for system issues, production incidents,



defects and enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to banking policies, operational controls, risk and compliance requirements.
- Provide subject-matter inputs for new product launches, process changes and automation initiatives.
- Support internal and external stakeholders with CMS / Collections-related domain expertise.
- Drive process standardisation, operational efficiency and automation opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on complex CMS / Collections processes.

Eligibility

- 8–15 years of relevant experience in Banking / Transaction Banking / Cash Management / CMS Collections.
- Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in CMS / Collections Operations.
- Candidates from Banks, Financial Institutions or Transaction Banking environments will be preferred.
- Candidates with exposure to digital payments, collections platforms, fintech or banking technology implementations will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
