Plan and execute daily bakery production as per the approved production schedule and business requirements.

• Supervise bakery production activities from raw-material preparation through mixing, proofing, baking, cooling and packing handover.

• Ensure consistent taste, texture, appearance, weight, size and quality of finished bakery products.

• Ensure strict adherence to approved recipes, formulations, batch sizes, processing parameters, baking temperatures and timings.

• Supervise Commis, Helpers, Operators and other production workers and allocate manpower according to production requirements.

• Coordinate with Stores for timely availability of flour, sugar, fats, yeast, dairy products, ingredients and packaging materials.

• Monitor raw-material consumption, batch yield, production losses and wastage and take corrective action where required.

• Ensure proper operation and handling of mixers, ovens, proofers, moulders, slicers and other bakery equipment.

• Coordinate with QA/QC for product inspection, sampling, quality issues, corrective actions and product release.





• Maintain GMP, personal hygiene, sanitation, housekeeping and food-safety practices throughout the production area.

• Maintain production records including batch sheets, production reports, wastage records and process/temperature records.

• Identify and resolve production issues such as poor fermentation, incorrect baking, inconsistent weight, texture problems and process deviations.

• Support trials and development of recent bakery products and improvement of existing products.

• Train production employees on recipes, process standards, hygiene, safety, equipment operation and work methods.

• Ensure effective shift handover and communicate production status, issues, shortages and pending activities to the next shift.

• Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements and machine-safety practices and ensure the team follows them

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
