Genset Sales Executive - Haryana

Locations: Sonipat | Panipat | Karnal | Ambala | Kurukshetra | Palwal | Jind | Rohtak | Gurgaon | Faridabad

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate sales of Diesel Generator Sets (DG Sets) and related power-generation solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, EPC companies, and industrial customers.
- Identify new business opportunities for DG Set sales in the assigned territory.
- Handle customer enquiries, site requirements, DG Set selection, quotations, and sales negotiations.
- Conduct customer visits and understand power requirements, load capacity, and application needs.
- Coordinate with technical and service teams for DG Set specifications, installation, commissioning, and after-sales requirements.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of DG Set specifications, engine ratings, alternators, AMF/ATS panels, control panels, and applicable emission norms.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities in the DG Set segment.

Required Skills:

- 2–5 years of experience in DG Set / Generator Set sales.




- Strong knowledge of Diesel Generator Sets and power-generation equipment.
- Understanding of DG Set kVA ratings, engine-alternator combinations, AMF panels, ATS systems, and control panels.
- Ability to understand customer load requirements and recommend suitable DG Set configurations.
- Experience in B2B sales of DG Sets to industrial, commercial, infrastructure, construction, or institutional customers.
- Good understanding of DG Set installation, commissioning, and after-sales service requirements.
- Solid knowledge of the local DG Set market and customer network.
- Good negotiation, customer handling, and sales follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred: Candidates with experience selling reputed DG Set brands or working with DG Set dealers, OEMs, distributors, or power-generation equipment companies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
