We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Civil Engineering to lead and manage PMC activities for building and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for overall project planning, execution, monitoring, coordination, quality control, cost management and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall Project Management Consultancy (PMC) activities from planning through completion.
- Lead and coordinate with the Client, Contractors, Architects, Structural Consultants and other stakeholders.
- Prepare, review and monitor the project schedule, milestones and work programmes.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays and corrective actions.
- Review construction drawings, technical submissions, method statements and material approvals.
- Supervise and monitor quality of construction works and ensure compliance with specifications and approved drawings.
- Monitor project costs, quantities, measurements, contractor bills and variations.
- Ensure proper implementation of QA/QC, safety and EHS requirements at site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
- Prepare and review Daily/Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR/MPR).
- Coordinate resolution of technical and construction-related issues.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.




- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Maintain proper project documentation, correspondence and records.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to the Client/Management.
- Ensure timely completion of project activities and achievement of project milestones.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of construction/project management and PMC practices.
- Excellent knowledge of civil construction activities, specifications and quality standards.
- Good understanding of contracts, BOQ, measurements, billing and variations.
- Ability to read and review civil, architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong coordination, communication and leadership skills.
- Good planning, scheduling and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project / Primavera or similar project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under project deadlines.

Education & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in construction / PMC / project management.
- Candidates with experience in large-scale building, institutional, commercial, residential or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Experience in handling projects from planning to completion will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Project Manager with strong technical, managerial and coordination capabilities, capable of independently managing PMC activities and leading a multidisciplinary project team.
