Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the Security Services Industry to drive business growth, generate new leads, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate new business leads and identify potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop business through networking and market visits.
- Prepare and maintain regular sales reports and MIS.
- Monitor sales performance and provide updates to management.
- Identify new business opportunities within the security services market.

Eligibility:

- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
- 6–15 years of relevant sales experience.
- Candidates must have prior experience in the Security Services Industry.
- Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Positive knowledge of sales reporting and MIS.
