Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving raw yarns/fabrics, stocking finished woolen apparel, packing customer orders, and maintaining a clean, organized storage setting tailored to textile preservation.

Key Responsibilities

- Receiving & Inspection:
- Unload incoming shipments of yarn, raw woolen materials, and finished garments.
- Inspect incoming stock for defects, damage, moisture, or quality discrepancies.
- Compare physical goods against purchase orders/packing slips and log entries into the inventory system.
- Inventory & Storage Management:
- Store wool products according to fabric type, color, weight, and SKU.
- Ensure proper storage conditions to protect natural fibers from dust, moisture, pests, and damage.
- Perform regular physical stock counts and audit inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment & Packing:
- Pick, sort, and pack woolen garments, accessories,



or yarns accurately based on customer orders.
- Fold and package garments neatly to maintain product quality during transit.
- Prepare shipping labels, weigh boxes, and coordinate pickups with courier partners.
- Warehouse Maintenance:
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of dust or debris.
- Safely handle warehouse equipment (trolleys, pallet jacks, ladders).
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.

Requirements & Qualifications

- High school diploma / 10th or 12th pass equivalent.
- Prior experience working in a warehouse, retail stockroom, or textile/apparel industry is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 20–25 kg) and stay on your feet throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software/barcode scanners is a plus.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and capable of working

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
