ABOUT COLLINS

Collins Kitchen & Wardrobe is one of Mumbai's fastest-growing premium modular kitchen and wardrobe brands. Founded in 1986 and manufacturing in a large Bangalore facility using European raw materials, Collins is positioned as attainable luxury — serving mid to high-end clients across Mumbai. Our Italian design showroom, Renaissance 86, features Snaidero, Alf DaFré, and Lualdi — among the most respected European brands in kitchen and living design.

THE ROLE

A Collins client spends anywhere between ₹20 lakh and ₹80 lakh with us. They are trusting us with their home. The Project Manager is the person they trust most — the one number they call, the one face they know, the one person accountable for delivering what was promised.

This is not a coordination role. This is an ownership role. You take over from the point of project closure and you own everything until the last nail is in — costings, design coordination, production follow-up, site management, client communication, and handover to the Snag Executive for final sign-off.

You will carry 10-12 active projects at any given time. You will not need a founder in the room to hold a client conversation. You are trusted to manage complexity, make decisions, and deliver.

This role reports directly to the Managing Director.

WHAT YOU OWN

- The client relationship — from closure to near-completion. You are their person.
- Project brief documentation — capturing everything agreed at closure and translating it for the design and production teams
- Costing and BOQ — preparation, accuracy, and client approval
- Design coordination — briefing the CAD specialists, tracking drawing timelines, ensuring client approvals




- Production follow-up — working with the Production Head to ensure factory timelines are met
- Site coordination — scheduling visits, communicating with supervisors, flagging issues early
- Client communication — proactive updates, never reactive firefighting
- Formal handover to Snag Executive post main installation — with a complete, documented snag brief
- Payment milestone follow-ups — professionally and on schedule

WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO

- Produce CAD drawings — that is the Design team
- Escalate every decision upward — you are trusted to decide

HOW WE WILL MEASURE YOUR SUCCESS

- Project delivery on time — target 85% of projects delivered within committed timeline
- Client satisfaction score at main installation completion
- Costing accuracy — actuals vs. quoted, reviewed per project
- Zero surprises for clients — every delay communicated before the client asks

WHO YOU ARE

- 5–8 years in modular kitchens, luxury residential interiors, or high-end fit-out projects
- Confident enough to hold a ₹40 lakh client conversation — without a founder in the room
- Technical enough to read drawings, validate BOQs, and catch errors before they become problems
- Organised enough to run 10-12 projects simultaneously without dropping a thread
- Calm, direct, and trustworthy — clients should feel in protected hands, not managed

₹5,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum (based on experience)
