Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems, and basic network-related issues. The candidate should be willing to travel to client locations for on-site support and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues.
- Perform Windows installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Install and configure software, drivers, antivirus, and system updates.
- Provide on-site technical support at client locations.
- Troubleshoot and maintain printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Handle IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain records of IT assets, installations, repairs, and service activities.




- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve technical issues.
- Travel to client locations for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting as required.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or in a similar IT support role.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and networking basics.
- Hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving licence are mandatory.
- Ability to work independently at client sites.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server is an added advantage.
- Experience with CCTV, networking, or structured cabling will be an advantage.
- CCNA, CompTIA A+, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
