We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the organization’s employee lifecycle. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment and selection, sourcing and screening candidates, interview coordination, employee onboarding and induction, maintaining employee records, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, performance management support, grievance handling, exit formalities, and HR documentation. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws, preparing HR reports and MIS, coordinating training and development activities, and supporting management in implementing HR initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, good knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, HR policies, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HRMS is preferred. Candidates with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field and relevant experience in HR operations are encouraged to apply.
