We are looking for a proactive, organized and responsible professional to coordinate between Management, Internal Teams, External Digital Marketing Agencies and Clients.

The role is primarily focused on coordination, communication, follow-ups, Executive Assistance and business operations, rather than hands-on digital marketing execution.

1. Internal Team Coordination

- Coordinate ongoing activities and deadlines.
- Identify delays and escalate important issues.

2. External Agency Coordination

- Coordinate with external digital marketing agencies.
- Communicate requirements, feedback and revisions.
- Follow up on agency deliverables and timelines.
- Ensure pending matters are addressed and completed.

3. Client Coordination

- Coordinate between clients and internal/external teams.
- Communicate client requirements and feedback.
- Follow up for approvals, information and pending requirements.
- Keep clients appropriately updated.
- Escalate important client concerns to Management.

4. Management / Executive Assistance

- Coordinate the Founder/MD's meetings, calls and priorities.
- Handle confidential information appropriately.

5. Communication & Reporting

Act as the communication bridge between:





Management ↔ Internal Team ↔ Agencies ↔ Clients

Provide Management with concise updates on:

COMPLETED | IN PROGRESS | PENDING | DELAYED | REQUIRES ATTENTION

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
