Job Description – Collection Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Collection Executive to handle field collection activities in Lalitpur. The candidate will be responsible for following up on overdue/NPA accounts, visiting customers, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to customers for collection of overdue payments and NPA cases.
- Follow up with customers through calls and personal visits.
- Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up on assigned delinquent accounts.
- Identify reasons for payment delays and work towards timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, commitments and collections.
- Submit daily/regular collection reports to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with the branch team for effective recovery of outstanding amounts.
- Ensure collection activities are carried out professionally and as per company policies.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in collection/recovery.




- Experience in vehicle finance / NBFC / banking will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in 3-wheeler finance collection will be preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Local candidates from Lalitpur or nearby areas will be preferred.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
