We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) to join our Production Department. The candidate will receive hands-on exposure to production processes, machine operations, quality standards, and shop-floor activities while working closely with the production team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the production team in day-to-day manufacturing and shop-floor activities.
- Monitor production processes and ensure smooth workflow.
- Support machine operations and follow standard operating procedures.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in identifying and resolving basic production-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality and Maintenance teams when required.
- Monitor production output and help achieve daily production targets.
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines.




- Learn and understand manufacturing processes, equipment, and production systems.

Required Skills

- Positive understanding of basic mechanical and production concepts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work on the shop floor.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced production environment.

Eligibility

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates who have completed their Diploma recently or are 2026 pass-outs can apply.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
