- Drive branch sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Develop new customers and expand business in the assigned territory.
- Manage and motivate the branch sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and B2B customers.
- Conduct regular customer and market visits to identify current business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely order processing, dispatch coordination, and customer service.
- Monitor customer outstanding payments and support timely collections.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Production, Dispatch, Purchase, and Head Office teams.
- Review branch performance, sales pipeline, collections, and profitability.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare regular sales and branch performance MIS reports.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
