Marketing Manager

Office Location: Bidhan Nagar, Kolkata - 700091
Working days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday, with Saturdays being a half-day)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies, project launches, campaigns and promotional activities.
- Drive lead generation through digital, social media, property portals and offline channels.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, website, SEO, social media and performance marketing.
- Manage brand positioning and marketing communication across projects and corporate brand.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, media, PR and advertising agencies.
- Plan and monitor marketing budgets, CPL, lead quality, site visits, conversions and ROI.
- Work closely with Sales and CRM teams to improve lead conversion.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Plan events, exhibitions,



activations and customer engagement initiatives.
- Oversee marketing collaterals including brochures, creatives, videos and outdoor branding.
- Prepare regular marketing MIS and performance reports.
- Lead and manage the marketing team and external agencies.

Skills Required:

- Robust communication, creative writing and marketing skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, SEO and social media.
- Analytical mindset with campaign tracking and reporting skills.
- Basic knowledge of creative designing and marketing collateral.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM platforms.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
