Key Responsibilities:Project Management

- Lead interior design projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams (designers, architects, procurement, etc.) and external stakeholders (clients, consultants, contractors).
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications and codes.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues in a timely manner.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Present design concepts, materials, and progress updates to clients.
- Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Design Oversight

- Collaborate with the design team to ensure alignment between project goals and design deliverables.
- Review and approve design documentation including drawings, finishes,



and specifications.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.

Procurement & Budgeting

- Oversee the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;).
- Ensure vendor deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.
- Track project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.

Team Leadership

- Supervise and mentor junior team members and interns.
- Coordinate the work of various specialists including MEP consultants, lighting designers, and contractors.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
