Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a jewellery showroom, drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and effectively manage the store team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to improve performance.
- Handle VIP and important customers and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Maintain strong knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products.
- Monitor stock, inventory movement, display, and product security.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, documentation, and daily sales reporting.
- Coordinate with HO, accounts, inventory, and management teams.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and productivity.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Implement company policies, SOPs, and security procedures.
- Analyse sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.




- Ensure proper visual merchandising and attractive product display.
- Support marketing activities, promotions, and customer relationship initiatives.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, presentation, and overall operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with jewellery industry regulations and company procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an advantage.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in jewellery retail, preferably as a Store Manager/Showroom Manager.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery products, especially gold and diamond jewellery.
- Excellent sales, customer-handling, and team-management skills.
- Valuable communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on business growth.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and retail/POS software.
- Ability to handle high-value transactions and sensitive inventory responsibly.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
