Role Title: Channel Partner Manager
Location: Chennai
Reports To: B2B Sales Manager
Team Structure: Individual Contributor
Work Mode: Field-heavy

Role:

Build and manage the channel partner ecosystem (architects, interior designers, and PMCs) who recommend or specify smart home automation into projects they design or oversee, even though they don't procure directly. Success is measured by how consistently partners recommend and pull the company into their projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Map architecture firms, interior design studios, and PMCs
- Identify and prioritize partners by project volume, client profile, and influence level
- Onboard & manage partners with product training, demo, and collateral
- Conduct regular partner touchpoints product updates, site visits, co-branded events, CPD sessions
- Represent the company at industry events and associations
- Convert partner relationships into a trackable referral pipeline




- Coordinate between the partner and internal presales/technical teams
- Manage partner incentive programs (tier management, commissions, recognition)
- Track partner management metrics
- Report market intelligence, competitor activity, pricing trends, procurement patterns

Experience & Qualifications:

- 3 to 6 years in dealer management/ channel partnership/ strategic partnerships roles
- Relevant Experience (added advantage but not mandatory): Working with or selling into the architecture/interior design/PMC ecosystem - (building materials, furnishings, lighting, or modular solutions).
- Education: Graduate; engineering background (electrical/ electronic) is a solid plus
- Tools: CRM proficiency (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce), proposal building

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
