About Us:We are a fast-growing Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Interior Design firm based in Kochi. We are looking for talented, results-driven professionals to join our operations team immediately.

Position 1: Procurement OfficerResponsibilities & Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the procurement lifecycle.
- Handle vendor sourcing, enquiry floating, and maintaining vendor data.
- Obtain quotations and prepare detailed commercial comparison sheets.
- Negotiate effectively with suppliers on pricing, delivery terms, and payment terms.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate logistics with the warehouse and finance teams.

Position 2: Procurement Executive (Billing & Accounts)

Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Foundational experience handling procurement paperwork, billing, and accounts.




- Proficient in Tally, ERP systems, and Advanced Excel.
- Coordinate accurate invoicing, verification, and documentation.
- Strong cross-functional coordination with finance and operations departments.

General Qualifications:

- Must have practical knowledge of the procurement lifecycle.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Candidates residing in or around Kochi are highly preferred.
- Ability to join immediately is a robust advantage.
