JOB DESCRIPTION – TECHNICAL ENGINEER

Position: Technical Engineer
Reporting To: Technical Head / Management

Job Summary

The Technical Engineer will be responsible for product assembly, quality checking, installation, product demonstration, training, technical service support, troubleshooting, and pre-sales technical support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Assembly & Quality Check

- Check the physical condition of products.
- Assemble interactive panels and required components.
- Install power board, main board, Wi-Fi module, etc.
- Update firmware and software.
- Complete product testing as per checklist.
- Ensure proper branding, labelling, and packing with accessories.

2. Installation & Training

- Visit customer sites for product installation.
- Conduct site surveys and take required measurements.
- Unbox and inspect products before installation.
- Install products safely and properly.
- Test products after installation.
- Provide product demonstration and basic user training.

3. Product Demo

- Conduct physical and virtual product demonstrations.
- Set up products for demonstration.
- Explain product features and usage to clients and dealers.

4. Technical Service & Troubleshooting

- Provide technical support through calls and video calls.
- Visit customer sites for physical service when required.




- Troubleshoot product-related issues.
- Replace parts as required.
- Provide software/parts support.
- Test and reinstall products after service.

5. R&D; Support

- Test Android and Windows applications on company products.
- Identify application compatibility issues and bugs.
- Analyse competitor products, hardware, and software.
- Provide feedback for product improvement.

6. GeM & Tender Support

- Check product specifications as per tender requirements.
- Provide technical parameters and required documents.
- Support product demonstrations for eligible bids and tenders.

7. Pre-Sales Support

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Provide technical guidance to clients and dealers.
- Support the Sales Team during product demonstrations.
- Provide installation and product training to dealer teams.

Required Skills

- Good technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic knowledge of hardware and software.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to travel to customer sites when required.
- Problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and training.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
