Job Summary

John Anthony & Co. is looking for a Senior Audit Executive who has completed 3 years of CA Articleship and has practical exposure in audit, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling audit assignments, accounting activities, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other compliance-related work.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct and assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Prepare and review audit working papers and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and accounting records.
- Handle day-to-day accounting and reconciliation activities.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and Income Tax return preparation and filing.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards and statutory requirements.
- Assist with ROC filings and Companies Act compliance.
- Perform ledger scrutiny, account verification, and reconciliations.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and assist in resolving audit observations.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain financial information and required documents.
- Manage multiple assignments and ensure timely completion of work.




- Maintain proper client-wise records and documentation.
- Support senior professionals in audit, taxation, accounting, and compliance assignments.

Candidate Profile

- CA Intermediate qualified.
- 3 years of CA Articleship completed.
- Strong practical knowledge of Audit, Accounting, GST, Income Tax, and TDS.
- Good understanding of Accounting Standards and Companies Act.
- Experience with Tally / Zoho Books / other accounting software preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle assigned work and meet deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
