About Us:
ViralHaat Media is a full-service creative media agency in Indore working across branding, performance marketing, production, and digital services, along with associate business verticals including Club Anantaya, a pan-India holiday membership brand. We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for handling leads, outbound calling, and converting prospects into customers across multiple brands/projects under the company (not limited to a single account). This is a target-driven, high-incentive role suited for someone who thrives on closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and follow up on leads provided by the company
- Make regular outbound calls to prospective customers (high call volume daily)
- Generate and acquire leads via LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, and other platforms




- Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products/services
- Convert leads into customers and meet assigned sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams on leads, delivery, and client requirements
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
- Occasional client meetings/travel as required

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of sales experience (telesales, B2C, real estate, timeshare, or agency sales background preferred)
- Solid communication skills in Hindi and English
- Confident, target-oriented, and comfortable with high call volumes
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms for outreach
- Immediate joiners preferred

Compensation:

- Fixed salary + attractive incentive structure (10%+ on sales)
- Salary growth tied to performance, with review after probation and at 3 months

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Indore, Madhya Pradesh
