Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Manager to manage our courier/logistics branch in Faridabad.

Courier / Logistics industry experience is mandatory. Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor inbound, outbound, pickup, dispatch and delivery operations.
- Ensure timely shipment movement and delivery as per TAT.
- Manage and supervise branch staff and delivery personnel.
- Drive branch revenue and business development.
- Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments and reduce outstanding amounts.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor employee attendance, productivity and discipline.
- Ensure proper shipment scanning, documentation and system updates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Accounts and Customer Service teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly branch performance reports.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Take overall responsibility for branch performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Courier / Logistics / Express Delivery experience is mandatory.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Courier / Logistics / Express / Transport / Distribution industry.
- Previous experience as Branch Manager / Branch In-Charge / Operations Manager is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of courier and logistics operations.
- Experience in team handling and branch management.
- Good communication, customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to achieve business, revenue and collection targets.
- Local market knowledge and customer contacts will be an advantage.
- Graduate preferred.
