Sales Coordinator

Location- Foodable Global Pvt Ltd , Uruli Devachi, Pune

Work week- 6 days working

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Warehouse and Dispatch teams for timely order fulfilment.

- Receive, process and maintain customer/distributor sales orders.

- Check product availability and coordinate with production for pending requirements.

- Coordinate dispatches and track delivery status.

- Communicate with customers/distributors regarding orders, deliveries and routine queries.

- Maintain accurate sales, order, dispatch and customer records.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and pending order reports.

- Coordinate with Accounts regarding billing,



payment status and related sales requirements.

- Follow up with concerned departments to ensure timely completion of customer orders.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/BBA/MBA preferred.

- 0-1 years of experience in Sales Coordination/FMCG/Manufacturing preferred.

- Good communication and follow-up skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.

- Solid coordination, accuracy and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
