About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager & Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage end-to-end SaaS implementation, project delivery, customer onboarding, deployment, and ongoing customer engagement.

The candidate will be the key bridge between international customers and internal Product, Engineering, QA, Support, and Customer Success teams, ensuring successful implementation, timely delivery, smooth onboarding, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end SaaS implementation and project delivery from planning to deployment and go-live.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct project kick-off meetings, requirement discussions, status calls, demos, and review meetings.
- Manage customer onboarding, implementation, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Support, and Customer Success teams.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into clear internal tasks and deliverables.
- Handle customer queries, issues, and escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Track project scope, milestones, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects/customers simultaneously.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, trackers, MOMs, status reports, and change logs.
- Provide regular project and customer updates to internal management and customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and support customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Coordinate with international customers across different time zones.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Candidates must have all of the following:

- 5–6 years of relevant Project Management / Customer Success experience.




- Mandatory SaaS / Software / Product-based company experience.
- Mandatory experience working with international customers/clients.
- Hands-on experience in SaaS implementation and customer onboarding.
- Proven experience in software deployment and go-live management.
- Strong experience in end-to-end Project Management.
- Valuable understanding of SDLC and software implementation lifecycle.
- Experience working with Agile / Scrum / Hybrid methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.
- Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.

Good to Have

- Experience in HR-Tech, Recruitment-Tech, ATS, HRMS, or Recruitment SaaS platforms.
- Experience managing SaaS onboarding and implementation projects.
- Understanding of APIs, third-party integrations, or technical product environments.
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams.
- PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or other Project Management certifications.

Education

- B.E./B.Tech / MBA/PGDM or relevant educational qualification.
- Project Management / Agile certification will be an added advantage.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Project Manager & CSM who can independently manage:

Customer → Requirement → Implementation → Onboarding → Project Execution → Deployment → Go-Live → Post-Go-Live Support

Candidates without SaaS experience, international client exposure, implementation/onboarding experience, or hands-on project management experience will generally not be considered.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
