Reports to: General Manager / Operations Head
Job Summary: The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of the store, ensuring maximum profitability while maintaining strict compliance with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations: Manage all day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning and high productivity.
- Financials: Drive store profitability by managing budgets, controlling costs (food, labor, overheads), and maximizing sales.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, food safety regulations, and health and safety protocols.
- Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to achieve operational goals.
- Customer Experience:
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues promptly.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Education: Degree from an International QSR or an IHM degree.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of total experience, with at least 3 years specifically in a QSR environment.
- Current Role: Currently serving as an Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) or above.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
