- Operate bending machines to bend metal sheets and components as per drawings and specifications.
- Set up the bending machine and select suitable tools and programs.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and measurements.
- Check the dimensions and quality of bent components using measuring instruments.
- Ensure proper machine operation and maintain production quality.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to meet daily production targets.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Experience as a Bending Operator or Sheet Metal Operator is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and engineering drawings.
- Valuable attention to detail and willingness to work in shifts.
