Job Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee residential interior projects from site initiation to final handover.
- Take complete responsibility for project execution, quality, timeline, and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with clients, Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Site Supervisors, carpenters, installers, vendors, and other teams.
- Review approved designs, drawings, BOQ, and project specifications before execution.
- Conduct site visits and verify measurements and site conditions.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, material requirements, and installation activities.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, civil, carpentry, and other interior works.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure all work meets D’LIFE quality standards.
- Identify site issues, resolve execution challenges, and minimize project delays.
- Coordinate material dispatch and ensure materials are available at the site as per schedule.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide project progress updates.
- Handle client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor project costs, material usage, and avoid unnecessary wastage.
- Ensure proper documentation, project reports,



and site records are maintained.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure smooth project completion and handover.
- Manage multiple residential interior projects simultaneously.

Requirements-

- BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in residential interior project execution.
- Strong knowledge of residential interiors, modular furniture, carpentry, and installation.
- Valuable understanding of drawings, BOQ, measurements, and site execution.
- Excellent client-handling and communication skills.
- Strong team management and vendor coordination abilities.
- Good planning, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel to residential project sites.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
