Project Manager – MEP Location: Thrissur, Kerala Salary: ₹50,000/month – Negotiable Qualification: B.Tech Mechanical Engineering Experience: Minimum 5 years Job Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – MEP to plan, coordinate, and manage MEP projects from execution to completion. Key Responsibilities - Plan and manage MEP projects, ensuring timely completion. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. - Supervise MEP installation and project execution at site. - Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines. - Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical requirements. - Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities. - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. - Manage manpower, materials, and subcontractors.



- Prepare project reports and provide regular progress updates. - Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues. Requirements - B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEP/project management. - Solid knowledge of MEP project execution and site coordination. - Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple project activities efficiently.
