Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of food items, beverages, and supplies
- Place orders with suppliers and ensure timely stock replenishment
- Maintain proper storage of raw materials and finished products
- Supervise staff, assign duties, and ensure discipline
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the store as per food safety standards
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and wastage
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues politely
- Prepare daily sales, stock, and expense reports
- Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and safety rules
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
