Junior Electrical Engineer – Service

Purpose We are looking for a Junior Electrical Engineer – Service with hands-on experience in Solar Ground-Mount projects, O&M;, AC/DC systems, and SCADA.

The candidate will be responsible for site visits, electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, execution, reporting, and coordination with technicians.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate, schedule, execute, and report site activities. Perform Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) activities at solar project sites.

Handle electrical installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.

Work on Solar Ground-Mount projects and site electrical systems. Handle and troubleshoot AC & DC electrical systems/equipment.

Monitor and operate SCADA systems for solar plant operations. Identify electrical faults and coordinate troubleshooting and rectification.





Coordinate and manage junior and senior technicians. Supervise site activities and ensure timely execution. Prepare site reports and maintain proper documentation.

Mandatory Requirements

B.E./B.Tech in EEE / ECE. Minimum 2year of relevant electrical experience.

Mandatory hands-on experience in Solar Ground-Mount projects.

Mandatory experience in Solar O&M; (Operations & Maintenance).

Mandatory AC & DC electrical system experience.

Mandatory SCADA experience in solar/renewable energy projects. Experience in electrical testing and troubleshooting.

Willingness to work at project sites in Bidar / Shivamogga or Pune.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary + Site Allowances

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
