About the Role

2050 Healthcare is looking for a skilled and responsible ICU Nurse to join our Rehab Care Centre in Raipur. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ICU nursing, good clinical knowledge, and excellent coordination skills with doctors, patients, attendants, and other healthcare professionals.

The candidate should be capable of handling critical patients, monitoring vital parameters, administering medications, maintaining clinical records, and coordinating effectively with doctors for patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide quality nursing care to patients requiring ICU/critical care support.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, clinical condition, and overall health status regularly.
- Coordinate closely with doctors and consultants regarding patient treatment and medical requirements.
- Assist doctors during clinical procedures, emergencies, and patient assessments.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Maintain proper documentation of patient condition, medications, vitals, nursing notes, and treatment provided.
- Handle and monitor ICU equipment and ensure proper functioning and availability.
- Identify changes in patient condition and immediately communicate the same to the concerned doctor.
- Follow infection-control, hygiene, patient-safety, and clinical protocols.




- Coordinate with patients' attendants and provide appropriate updates regarding routine care as per organizational protocols.
- Ensure timely handover of patient information during shift changes.
- Maintain proper stock of medicines, consumables, and emergency equipment.
- Support emergency situations and respond promptly to critical patient requirements.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists, doctors, caregivers, and other clinical team members for integrated patient care.
- Ensure compliance with 2050 Healthcare's clinical policies, procedures, and standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong ICU/critical care nursing exposure.
- Good practical knowledge of ICU procedures and patient monitoring.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with doctors and consultants.
- Ability to work efficiently in emergency and critical-care situations.
- Good knowledge of medications, IV administration, vital monitoring, and basic emergency care.
- Solid patient-care and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Responsible, disciplined, and patient-focused approach.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Qualification

- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration is mandatory.
- Additional ICU/critical-care certification or experience will be an advantage.
