Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to manage system-based operational work, MIS activities, data management, and customer support. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating systems, preparing reports, and assisting customers with their queries and issues.

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 6 months in MIS / Customer Support

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide support.
- Work on the company’s Fintech Portal for customer-related activities.
- Process and complete KYC on the portal and verify customer documents.
- Perform MIS, data entry, and system-based operational work.
- Maintain customer records and prepare MIS reports.
- Follow up on pending KYC and customer requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, and computer applications.
- Comfortable working on web-based portals and systems.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
