Sales Manager – Medical & Surgical Disposables

Location: Chennai
Experience: 5–10+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong knowledge of medical & surgical disposables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop sales with hospitals, distributors & institutional buyers.
- Generate new business and manage key customer relationships.
- Handle pricing, margins, collections & sales targets.
- Develop tender/institutional sales opportunities.
- Build and manage the sales team as the business grows.

Requirements:

- 5–10+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in medical disposables / surgical consumables / healthcare supplies.
- Solid product knowledge and existing hospital/distributor network preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & business development skills.
